What’s included

Six jobs on a SaaS product.

01
Comparison & alternatives pages

“X vs Y” and “alternatives to X” are the highest-intent queries in software. Most startups never build them.

02
Bottom-of-funnel first

Pricing, integrations and use-case pages before blog volume. They convert; blog posts mostly don’t.

03
Programmatic pages

Integration and use-case pages at scale - with real content, not templated thin pages.

04
AI answer visibility

Being the source AI engines quote when someone asks which tool to use. AI & voice SEO →

05
Technical for JS apps

React and Vue front-ends that render nothing for a crawler are still the most common SaaS SEO failure.

06
Topical authority

Clusters that make you the obvious answer in your category, not a scattering of unrelated posts.

Why me

The person you hire is the person doing the work.

I run every campaign myself

No outsourcing, no account manager relaying messages. The person who audits your site is the person who fixes it.

Reporting you can verify

Every number comes from your own Google Search Console and Analytics - never a dashboard I control.

Nothing I can’t defend to Google

No bought link networks, no shortcuts that spike then collapse at the next core update.

Tools included, not billed

Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Local Falcon and Whitespark all run on my licences.

SaaS SEO questions.

How much does SaaS SEO cost in Pakistan?
My Starter plan is PKR 30,000 per month and suits early-stage startups that need technical fixes and bottom-of-funnel pages. Premium is PKR 50,000 per month for growing SaaS companies that also need content clusters, digital PR and AI visibility work. If you need something custom, for example several products or regions, I quote it after the free audit once I have seen your site. Be cautious of anyone selling page-one rankings for a few thousand rupees. Real SaaS SEO is research, content and technical work, and it is priced like real work.
How long does SaaS SEO take to show results?
It depends on your category and your starting point. Bottom-of-funnel pages like comparisons and integration pages often start ranking in two to four months in less competitive niches, because few sites target those exact queries well. Competitive head terms in crowded categories can take six to twelve months of consistent work, and a brand-new domain takes longer than an established one. I will give you my best estimate after the audit, but I will never promise a specific ranking or date. Anyone who does is selling something SEO cannot deliver.
We already have a content team. Do we still need you?
Quite possibly, because we would be doing different jobs. Your team writes, and I decide what to write and why. I handle category research, content briefs, technical SEO, internal linking and optimisation of what your team produces. Many of my clients keep their writers and use me as strategist and editor, which is usually the most cost-effective setup. If you would rather I write everything myself, I can do that too. Either way, the strategy comes first.
Will SEO help us appear in AI answers like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews?
Yes, and this is a growing part of what I do. AI engines cite sources that state clear facts, publish genuine comparisons and keep their information consistent across the web. I make your brand citable: sharp product facts, honest comparison content, consistent listings and review profiles. What I will not do is promise you will be mentioned by any specific AI tool, because nobody can promise that. I can promise your brand will be easy for these systems to find, understand and trust.
Can you recover our site from a Google penalty?
Sometimes. It depends on what actually happened. A manual action in Search Console is different from a slow algorithmic decline, and both are different from a technical problem that only looks like a penalty. I start with a full audit to find out which one you have, then I tell you plainly whether I think it is recoverable and what it would take. If I do not think I can help, I will say so. I do not take on recovery work I cannot defend.
